What Is the Rooted?
Rooted is a supportive, online wellness journey for women who want a realistic, effective, and hormone-supportive approach to fitness and nutrition. Whether you're returning to exercise or starting for the first time, this program is the perfect way to build momentum and confidence.

💪 Custom strength workouts (30-45 mins, 3x/week) designed for your goals and schedule

Q: Do I need equipment?
A: We are able to build your program around you. If you have access to a commercial gym, your own at home gym, or even if you don’t have access to equipment we can build a workout just for you. You don’t have to have equipment, but we do recommend at least a pair of dumbbells and bands.
Q: What if I have a busy schedule or travel?
A: That’s what it’s made for! The workouts are flexible and short — you can take them anywhere.
Q: Is this just for weight loss?
A: No! While many clients experience body composition changes, the focus is on energy, strength, hormone support, and creating a healthier lifestyle.
Q: Can I join if I have injuries or health issues?
A: Yes — we’ll personalize your plan and make modifications as needed.
Q: What happens after the 6 weeks?
A: You’ll have the option to continue working with us through ongoing coaching or transition into our next-level programs.
